so·cial·ite (sō’shə-līt’) Pronunciation Key
n. One prominent in fashionable society.
be⋅hav⋅ior /bɪˈheɪvyər/ Show Spelled Pronunciation [bi-heyv-yer]
–noun 1. manner of behaving or acting.
Hello we are affectionately known as the “SOCIALITES” of Socialite Behavior.
Socialite Behavior is comprised of our Boss Lady-Visionary, ‘Tropikana’, Cleveland’s premiere socialite (WENZ weeknights at 10pm); the Get ‘er done Business Partner, Ebony Combs; the EYE in creative design Art Director, Rudine James; and the beauty is not optional Stylist, Ms. Kim Shaw.
The Socialites reside across the country in Cleveland, OH, Dallas, TX, and Brooklyn, NY. Our network reaches, but not limited to ,ATL, LA, STL, MIA, DC, OKC, DET, and The UK
Socialite Behavior was birthed at Tropikana’s December 2008, 3 day birthday celebration. The Socialites have begun to quietly take the world by suprise via tweeter, facebook, google, exclusive invites to attend the hottest parties and events worldwide, and by backing the ‘Tropikana’ brand. We are diligently working to make Socialite Behavior a household name. We have mastered and embraced the art of sharing our exclusivity with our audience by creating a transparency like no other. We want our followership to see that we are your everyday women who are educated, manage successful careers, a homelife, and have a damn good time doing so just like everyone else. Yes, we may sometimes have opportunities afforded to us to rub elbows with the who’s who of celebrities that some may not ever experience in their lifetime, but what do you care when you have us to live vicariously through. We bring the party to you! We not only have a good time networking, but we also handle our business in our communities by dedicating time to organizations closest to our hearts. We strongly believe you don’t get to the top by not extending a hand to others. We have created a Jr. Socialite Behavior girls program to pass down this philosophy.
Upcoming Projects:
- Recruiting Socialites In the City – Socialte Behaviour Campus Experience Reps (Because we value education and fun!)
- SB School in Session
- Tropikana’s Socialite Make Over Project

On My Birthday… I Just Want To Thank You
Dec 14th
2011 has been possibly one of the most surprising years for me. I’m super blessed to say that with in the last 365 days I’ve accomplished every goal I set for myself. Although this year seemed to be one of the hardest years to keep pressing forward through. This has definitely been the year that I can say that my support system ( God, my family, mentor, friends and the city of Cleveland and my newly acquired Georgia listening fam ) pushed me to keep chasing after my goals. And for that alone, on my birthday I wanna say Cheers to you! Thank you for never letting me get complacent or stagnate. Thank you for cheering me along at the low points of the year and the encouraging words. Thank you for celebrating with me in my accomplishments. Thank you for just being here. I appreciate you.
So when the question came up this morning,”Trop, what do you want for your birthday?” My simple reply was. I just want to kick it and have a great time with the people that rock with me.”
I look foward to seeing you this Saturday as I celebrate my birthday at Earth Night Club! 1295 Old River Road. Shout out to the good folks of OX Ent, TET entertainment, Socialite Behavior and most importantly Villa (www.ruvilla.com) for powering this event. This year Villa has teamed up with Socialite Behavior to offer a free pair of tickets with a $100 purchase while your shopping for the holidays. For VIP tickets you can hit up @AntJones216 or stop by Villa in the Glenville Plaza.
Hope to see you there. AND if you’ve forgotten how we kick it… check out the footage from previous Socialite Behavior birthday parties.
